As with any business Miracle In Motion has guidelines and policies to help facilitate a smooth and stress free transaction with our clients.  Thank you for your attention and cooperation.






  • WRU requires a physician referral/order for all of our diagnostic exams.


  • Please do not ask our sonographers questions regarding the health of your baby.  Our sonographers will do their best to explain the exam to you as well as point out fetal  anatomy. However, we will not disclose any information regarding the health of your pregnancy or developing baby.  Your physician will be happy to answer any questions you may have.


  • Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment and must be paid by means of accepted credit cards or cash.  Checks will not be accepted.  Although we do not accept insurance for our services, we would be happy to provide you with an invoice which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.


  • WRU exams are non-refundable and no partial payment or billing options are available.


  • Your appointment is cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.


  • If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, there is a $30 additional fee added to a rescheduled future exam.


  • Please check with our office staff in regards to specific instructions for your upcoming appointment.


  • If you need to cancel your appointment we ask you call at least 24 hours in advance or you may be subject to additional fees.


  • You may bring one additional adult to your appointment with you.  No children please to your diagnostic exam.  However, during an elective session with Miracle In Motion you are encouraged to bring your children, family and friends.


  • Appointments may be scheduled by calling (260)436-6666.  We do not schedule appointment through email.

  • Miracle In Motion is an elective and diagnostic ultrasound facility. However, in the case of our elective exams, they do not replace any physician ordered or diagnostic medical ultrasound.  We only offer a limited diagnostic fetal check which includes:  fetal heartbeat, position, and placenta location. Clients MUST present proof of prenatal care at the time of their appointment.  This can be in the form of ONE of the following:  a previous ultrasound photo, which must include your first and last name.  A note from your doctor's office which states you are under prenatal care.  A signed prenatal verification form (found on our "contact us" page), or a patient history report printed from your doctor's office. We will accept notifications of upcoming appointments, as long as it contains your first and last name, and your doctor's name and address. We will not perform an ultrasound without the required proof, so please remember to bring it with you to your appointment.  We hate disappointing our clients who forget this information; however, this policy is non negotiable.


Coupon and Discount Information 

  • Clients may use only one discount per visit.


  • Our 10% return client discount can only be redeemed with the first return visit to MIM.


  • Our $75 package is the only package that does not come with a return visit discount.  All return visit discounts are listed on our website on the Elective Ultrasound Services page underneath the corresponding package information.


  • Miracle In Motion offers a military discount.  This discount is good for $15.00 off any Miracle In Motion package at the initial visit.  You must show your military ID at the time of your appointment.  Military discounts cannot be coupled with any other out of store** coupon or discount.


**Out of store discount:  This is any discount offer or coupon Miracle In Motion offers on our website, promotional venue, i.e. baby fair, or post card mailing.


No Show Policy

  • Miracle In Motion understands things come up and on occasion customers may not be able to attend a previously scheduled appointment.  We ask our customers to please call and give us a 24 hour notice of your inability to attend your scheduled appointment and/or need to reschedule.  We ask this as a courtesy so other clients may schedule an appointment in that time frame.  If we do not receive any notice that you will not be attending your scheduled visit, we will mark you as a "no show".  This means, if you are interested in rescheduling your appointment you may do so with a $25 fee.  This fee will be collected at the time you reschedule your appointment.  If an emergency comes up and you cannot give a 24 hour notice, please take a moment to call to avoid the additional fee.


Return/Redo Visit Policy

  • As a courtesy to our clients, we offer a return visit free of charge when a scan does not meet reasonable picture and video quality and clarity.


  • All redo appointments are offered at the discretion of the sonographer administering the scan.


  • Clients must reschedule their redo visit within 2 weeks of their initial visit.


  • ​Redo appointments may only be scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday 10am-5pm.  Sorry no return appointments during our 6pm or 7pm time slots.


  • All "no shows" automatically forfeit their redo visit.  


  • All redo visits must be scheduled before you leave your initial visit.


  • A return/redo visit does not guarantee satisfactory ultrasound quality.




  • Miracle In Motion does not issue refunds.


  • Full payment is due at the time of the initial visit.
